Youth Mental Well-being in FSD (RBC Grant Report)

Foothills School Division was fortunate to receive a $50,000 grant from RBC to develop supports that enhance youth mental well-being and help youth realize their full potential.

Over the past year, FSD has utilized the funds from this grant to help RBC achieve its social impact. Activities included:

• Foothills Network website development
• Bang the Table community engagement tool
• Teacher release time for participation in mental health groups (Staff Advisory Council, Student Matters)
• 2023 & 2024 Youth Mental Wellness Summit

To help show RBC the value of their investment in youth within the Foothills region, they ask for you to complete a short survey. The target demographic is youth aged 14 through 30. We invite students, parents, and FSD Team Members to participate.

Survey responses will be collected until noon on June 21, 2024.
